Re: Unbelievable - I always associate that with Aussie Rules Football. Pretty much the most used song for montages of epic marks at the end of every season after it came out. So I always have visions of men in very short shorts and guernseys leaping into the air over other men. Mmm. (*cough* As is ably displayed in this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIOvSv9Q1Gk) compilation which also contains hits from a advertising campaign that I'd forgotten about but instantly recognised. Oh, Aussie Rules, you used to be my favourite. <3)
And now I have King of the Road in my head. True story: I was once woken violently from sleep by my Dad, who's office was next to my bedroom at that time, accidentally playing Roger Miller at, idek, volume 50 or something. It was this song. I was not happy. (I like the one about how you can't roller-skate in a buffalo herd, though.)
tl;dr - amused by 'the captain dude', EMF = Aussie Rules and Dad tormented me with Roger Miller.
