the fic comms seem pretty scattered.
There was a fic meme on pinapple_infested at dreamwidth, and some people regularly post fic there.
There's a number of lj comms as well. I watch hawaii5_0slash, and there is also h50 fic. Most the comms link to each other in their profile info so you can do some digging. (I may or may not have spent an entire day doing that once, just comparing and things. I make strange life choices.)
And there's the big bang comm.
