I actually have an icon for the inner "I SUCK" voice. Ahh, have to love the modern musical. :D
That said, I love concrit. You sort of get used to it when you have your work beta'd on a regular basis, though I still get anxious-belly every time I open up that newly beta'd file when I know it's going to be covered in red notes. But once I've edited my story, I always feel better for it. Plus my betas are great for pointing out all the little lines they love, which is, I think, the balance of any beta work or review.
