These are actual titles of actual documents, and I actually know what (almost) all of them mean. My roommate has this massive original WIP, the file name/working title of which is "Edward and Bella can SUCK IT". It is about gay cowboy assassins on motorcycles in the desert in what is probably the future (it's even more amazing than it sounds) and has absolutely nothing at all to do with Twilight in any way. I will be shocked as hell (but thrilled!) if she ever finishes it, so that will probably always be the title.

And "to the left" was a nod to "haters to the left" and is draft notes for a story that people would HATE and that I will never end up writing :D

This is a very very stupid question which you've likely already answered millions of times but... Why do your titles have no capital letters? Is it like, a rebellion against capital letters or some kind of political statement? (afternoon of folding jeans + mcdonalds = obliteration of remaining braincells).

Btw, this post made me look back on my documents and their titles and though most of them are pretty tame, I have a word doc called "Convo EVIL" ... And I don't know what it is because I CAN'T OPEN IT and now I WANT to know... *goes to get the baseball bat*

But largely it's an aesthetic thing, and by "an aesthetic thing" I mean "I'm kind of a lazy hipster douchebag and I like the way it looks better." Also, most (read: all) of my fic titles are pulled from song lyrics because I am an absolute failure at titling shit, and so some of it is just that--like, it would be lowercase in the lyrics, so it's lowercase in the title?
